Benefits of Being a Consignor

It's Easy as 1-2-3!

 

  • Gather  all of your gently used children's items & wash and clean them  (minimum of 20 items). Make sure to check out our acceptable items page.
  • Tag and price your items using the online tagging generator located in your consignor management page. 


  • Hang your items on hangers or place in taped zip lock bags. Please note that we do not provide hangers or zip lock bags.


  • ALL TOYS MUST BE TAPED IN ZIP LOCK BAGS.
  • Drop off your items during the designated drop off times. (BRING  A SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE OR a $1.00 fee will be applied).  Items are inspected to ensure the best quality. After items are  inspected, consignors display their items on the sales floor. Little  Beans Jeans will also have volunteers available to help display your  items.

Little Beans Jeans will accept  clothing (newborn to 14/16), Juniors clothing sizes 0-19,  Formal Dresses, shoes and accessories in ‘like new’ condition, baby gear  and equipment that is clean and in good working order and other gently  used child items.

Items that are NOT accepted:

•    Any item that has an odor, is stained, torn or extremely worn.
•    Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts.
•    Books not in ‘great’ condition (has tears or writing on it).
•    Baby equipment that is not clean.
•    Toys or toy sets with missing pieces.
•    VHS Tapes will NOT be accepted.
•    Car Seats that are expired or have been in an accident
•    Cribs manufactured before June 28, 2011 (dictated by new safety standards)
•    Any item that has been recalled



     SPECIAL REFERRAL OFFER:

  • Refer 2 participating consignors to earn 70%.
  • Refer 3 or more participating consignors to earn 75%.
  • Ask your family and friends to mention you referred them when they register!

  • Earn  65% of the selling price on all items sold (minus a $12 participation  fee - via PayPal or Venmo.
  • You price your own items so no more haggling and selling your items for nickels at the garage sales!
  • No more waiting for your items to sell at the consignment shops. No more meets and pickups to arrange.
  • Decide if you want your items sold at half price on the last day of the sale,  pick up your unsold items, and/or donate items to our designated  charity.
  • Consignors get to shop before the public at the "consignors presale."
  • Little Beans Jeans advertises all over Genesee  and Livingston counties- distributing thousands of flyers to local day cares, churches, businesses and other community  outlets.
  • Checks are mailed within a 5-7 business days following the event.
  • See how your items are selling daily using our online profit tracking system.

Anything entered after this time will not be in our database and will not be accepted.

Thursday, March 13th 2025 from  2:30PM - 5:30 PM (by appointment)

Please note anyone can drop your items off for you if you are unable to do so.  This process should take about 20 minutes. PLEASE ORGANIZE YOUR ITEMS  BY SIZE/GENDER FOR CHECK IN. You will be expected to place your items on  the sales floor. Items that are stained, outdated, or too worn will not  be accepted. You are required to read about our item acceptance  policies prior to dropping them off.

  • Consignor Presale from 7:00 - 8:00 pm

Public Sale - Friday, March 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Consignor's unsold items are to be picked up at 6:30PM Saturday. If you do not make the pick up time your items WILL BE DONATED!

In  order for us to be out of the facility as scheduled any items not  picked up by the deadline will be donated to a local organization  serving local families in need. If you are unable to personally pick  up your unsold items, someone else may pick up the items for you but  they must provide us with your consignor number.
